Bookings: We know groups operate in different ways so Groups can either book all sections in one go using this form or individual sections can manage their own section bookings. If you are booking for a single section just leave the other section fields blank.

Initial numbers can be increased at a later date (e.g. if you have recruit new members) but we need a realistic idea of numbers at this stage to ensure that the event can cater for everyone. If numbers are lower than we expect then we will have to cancel activities or book fewer external activities at this point. If you are a small group that would need to team up with another group to meet leader ratios please let us know at this point.

Payment to District for actual numbers is needed by mid-December.

Please add your group name even if only booking for a single section.
